Why are orders not fulfilled in the time period between November 22nd- January 5th?

Shop Zoombie is one of several business that we operate and during that period of time our seasonal business takes priority.  All orders will be fulfilled in the order that they were received, as quickly as we can, after the first of the new year.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

How long does it take to process our order?

3 - 5 business days

Why don't you ship to a residential addresses?

The cost of shipping to a residential address is significantly higher with UPS, therefore our shipping rates are for non-residential addresses only.  This saves us money which we pass on to our customers by keeping our prices low.  Please email us at info@shopzoombie.com to request additional pricing if you need shipment to a residential address.

 

Can you give us a discount for being a non-profit or a school?

Our prices are already extremely low and we are unable to discount them further.  Check back frequently as prices are adjusted to help us move stock. 

Can I buy all of your stock of one or more items?

Please contact us about which items you would like and we will update our exact inventory. The details can be worked out via email 

(we may not have our complete inventory loaded on all items). 

Which service do you ship our order with?

We typically ship with UPS Ground.  Large orders may require we ship by freight.

Can you rush our order at no extra cost?

We cannot rush your order at no extra cost, but we can process it faster if you notify us via email.    

(orders are not fulfilled on weekends) 

What are your store hours?

We are open Monday - Friday 9-3pm EST.
